Hydronic Systems, Inc. is striving to become the supplier of choice for heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment for contractors, engineers, and industries of Oklahoma
We emphasize the following:
- See the customer –Our priority is to get out of the office and see our customers on a daily basis. Whether that means going to lunch or discussing possible job opportunities, we will make the time to see you.
- Establish our lines -We put special emphasis on obtaining premier lines with ready name recognition. These “core” lines receive the majority of our marketing efforts. We feel that the combination of established product lines in addition to our experience allows us to better fit your needs.
- Expand our services – Our goal is to expand the services we provide in order to positions ourselves as a ”one-stop shop” for all HVAC equipment. This allows for increased penetration, increased customer loyalty, and allow us increased pricing leverage.
History
Hydronic Systems was established in 1997 as a Manufactures Representative/ Distributor serving the needs of end users, contractors, and engineers.
Mission Statement
It is the mission of Hydronic Systems, Inc. to educate the customer in all aspects of the products we sell and provide a level of support in processing his or her purchase unparalleled in Oklahoma. In order to fulfill this mission we hold to the following ideals:
- Relationships - Success in this business is based on continuous face to face customer contact.
- Engineers - Consulting engineers do no buy equipment but they do decide the profitability of the equipment purchased by the mechanical contractor.
- Sales Calls - We should see our major customers on a weekly basis.
- People - Hire only independent, decision making, highly involved and motivated people.
- Minimum Staff Turnover - We believe that employee satisfaction is based on three basic motivations: Fun, Money and Personal Growth. Hydronic Systems will provide all three.
